Our client is seeking a highly skilled Application Manager to join their MIS Department in Taoyuan, Taiwan. This role is pivotal in overseeing ERP and business applications, ensuring their efficiency, stability, and alignment with business needs.

What you'll do:
- Manage ERP (SAP preferred) and business applications, ensuring smooth operation, stability, and performance.
- Lead system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to improve functionality and business process efficiency.
- Ensure application integration with other systems, maintaining data consistency and process automation.
- Work with business teams to identify pain points and improvement areas, ensuring applications support operational needs.
- Collaborate with finance, supply chain, sales, and other departments to ensure applications align with business objectives.
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners to deliver enhancements, troubleshooting, and system support.
- Gather user feedback, analyze business requirements, and recommend system improvements.
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with internal policies and external regulatory standards.
- Manage IT governance processes, including user access control, audit compliance, and risk management.
What you bring:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in application management preferably in FMCG, manufacturing or related industries.
- Strong ERP experience (SAP preferred) with business application support and integration.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams understanding business needs and delivering IT solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple applications.
- Experience in SAP ERP (S/4HANA) or other major ERP platforms is a plus.
- PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with audit processes, IT governance and compliance standards.
