IT Process Planning Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager for an international leasing company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process optimization and improvement, acting as a bridge between users and IT/vendors. Familiarity with process planning and experience in the financial industry are highly desirable. Candidates with an IT background will be preferred.

【Responsibilities】:

  1. Lead efforts to optimize and improve processes within the organization.
  2. Serve as a liaison between users and IT/vendors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  3. Plan and execute process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  4. Oversee the implementation of IT solutions to meet business needs and requirements.
  5. Manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in process optimization and IT management.
