What will you do:

As a network engineer, you will be deeply involved in enterprise-level network architecture design and planning, ensuring stable system operation and high availability. In your daily work, you manage multiple core devices, including switches, routers, firewalls, and load balancers, while implementing and optimizing security policies. In addition, you will be responsible for analyzing and troubleshooting various network issues to improve overall performance; At the same time, security equipment is tested and deployed to strengthen information protection capabilities. On a technical level, you'll need to be familiar with SDN technologies, evaluate emerging technologies to drive upgrades, and write automation scripts to optimize processes. Monitoring tools can grasp network status in real time to assist in major incident investigations and subsequent improvement actions, as well as complete topology diagrams and system documentation to facilitate knowledge transfer and compliance management. • Responsible for enterprise network architecture design and planning to ensure system stability and high availability.
• Manage and maintain various network equipment such as core switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers, etc., to ensure smooth network operation.
• Implement network security policies, including ACLs, NAC, IDS/IPS, firewall rules, and zero trust architectures.
• Analyze and troubleshoot network bottlenecks, connection issues, and packet loss to improve overall performance.
• Testing, deploying, and maintaining various security devices (such as IPS, WAF, DDI) to strengthen information security protection.
• Familiarize yourself with SDN technology and evaluate emerging network technologies (such as IPv6, cloud networking, BGP EVPN) to promote technology upgrades.
• Write and maintain automation scripts (e.g., Python, Ansible) to optimize daily workflows.
• Use tools like ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, and more to monitor network traffic and respond to unusual events in real-time.
• Assist in P1 Incidents, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Post-Improvement Actions.
• Produce and maintain network topology diagrams and system documentation to promote knowledge inheritance and compliance management.

What you bring:

The ideal network engineer candidate needs to have extensive experience in enterprise-level network architecture design and maintenance, not only leading teams to complete multi-country deployment projects, but also designing high-performance and high-availability solutions. In this role, your specialized skills span core equipment management, security policy implementation, emerging technology assessment, and automation script development. Additionally, proficiency in monitoring tools and documentation capabilities are also indispensable. If you have ever operated an NVIDIA or Cumulus Linux system, it is a plus. • He has more than eight years of experience in enterprise-level network architecture design and maintenance, and has the ability to lead teams to complete multi-country deployment projects.
• Proficient in the design and implementation of high-performance and high-availability enterprise network solutions, including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, and wireless networks.
• Familiar with device management such as core switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers, etc. (such as Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Fortinet).
• It has the ability to analyze and troubleshoot network bottlenecks, connection problems, and packet loss, effectively improving system performance.
• Lead the implementation of cybersecurity strategies, including ACLs, NAC, IDS/IPS, firewall rules, and zero-trust architecture.
• Familiar with SDN technology and related emerging technologies (such as IPv6, cloud networking, BGP EVPN), and possess technical evaluation capabilities.
• Proficient in Shell script, Bash and other programming languages, can write automated scripts to optimize the process; Familiarity with Python and Ansible is preferred.
• Familiarize yourself with monitoring tools such as ELK, Prometheus, and Grafana to effectively grasp system status and respond to abnormal events in real time.
• Possess the ability to create and maintain network topology diagrams and system documentation to promote knowledge transfer and compliance management.
• Those who have experience in operating NVIDIA or Cumulus Linux systems are preferred.
