What will you do:

As a network engineer, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of enterprise-grade network architectures, performance monitoring, and security. In this role, you not only need to proactively coordinate with third-party vendors to solve technical challenges but also be adept at analyzing cloud and on-premises network health to ensure that all services meet high standards of security and compliance. Additionally, you will participate in the development and optimization of relevant process documentation, as well as support annual audits and compliance assessments, ensuring that the company remains competitive in the fintech sector. • Work closely with third-party vendors to support daily network operation and maintenance to ensure stable system operation.
• Continuously monitor overall network performance, including the network status of end devices, to proactively identify and address potential issues.
• Regularly check the performance and integrity of cloud and on-premises networks to ensure smooth and secure services.
• Assist manufacturers in handling abnormal security incidents, and be responsible for writing and maintaining complete network technical documentation to facilitate follow-up and improvement.
• Maintain and regularly review cybersecurity standard operating procedures (SOPs) and draw IP network status reports for management's reference.
• Work closely with the information security team to implement key management policies and ensure compliance with international standards such as PCI DSS.
• Support annual audits and compliance assessments to help companies achieve compliance goals.
• Participate in routine maintenance periods and rotating standby systems to respond to emergencies in real time and ensure system stability.

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science or related fields, with a solid theoretical foundation and practical experience.
• Proficient in mainstream network operating systems such as Cisco and JUNOS, and has in-depth application experience in enterprise-level environments.
• Familiar with core technologies such as TCP/IP, load balancing, firewall, HTTP, SSL, DNS, SMTP, etc., and can handle complex problems independently.
• Learn about security best practices, including server/network hardening measures, to mitigate risks effectively.
• With over 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience, he demonstrates a high sense of responsibility and collaboration in large-scale projects.
• Former senior network engineer or similar position, with a rich background in network management and architecture design.
• Familiarity with communication protocols (such as TCP/IP), IPSEC, SSL VPN, and routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF allows them to flexibly respond to various changes in demand.
• Understand access control models and network security strategies, and have the ability to develop and implement effective protection plans.
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms to support hybrid architecture deployment and maintenance.
• Those who are familiar with the payment card industry security standard (PCI DSS) are preferred, and have relevant technical or process experience to be more competitive.
