What you'll do:

  • Champion continual improvement initiatives by collaborating with relevant Domain Service Owners to identify areas for enhancement and contribute towards impactful activities.
  • Foster positive stakeholder engagement by collecting feedback from corporate business users, managing expectations, and ensuring clear communication regarding service levels.
  • Monitor service delivery performance metrics diligently, liaising with managers and customers to uphold service level agreements and proactively address any potential issues.
  • Consolidate market-specific Tech Infrastructure demand by coordinating with managers to ensure effective execution of requirements.
  • Lead various infrastructure projects including openings, closings, and revamps, ensuring timely completion within budget while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Manage budget utilisation for break-and-fix replacements as well as end-of-life hardware upgrades, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Collaborate closely with Tech Core Domain Project Management teams to execute priority projects originating from domain side within your market.
  • Engage with local vendors to oversee contractual compliance, measure performance, propose improvements, and track vendor outcomes effectively.
  • Follow agreed procedures for incident management by identifying, registering, categorising incidents, gathering information for resolution, allocating tasks appropriately, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Investigate problems in systems, processes, and services; assist with implementing remedies and preventative measures to minimise future disruptions.

What you bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing IT infrastructure support services within a large-scale or multinational environment is highly desirable for success in this role.
  • Proven ability to foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels through effective communication and feedback collection.
  • Strong skills in monitoring service delivery performance metrics and upholding service level agreements while addressing potential issues proactively.
  • Experience consolidating technical infrastructure demands across multiple departments or markets for streamlined execution is advantageous.
  • Track record of successfully leading complex infrastructure projects including openings, closings, revamps, budgeting for hardware replacements, and resource allocation.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional project management teams on strategic initiatives within technology domains.
  • Expertise in engaging local vendors for contract compliance monitoring, performance measurement, proposal development, and outcome tracking.
  • Solid understanding of incident management processes including identification, registration, categorisation of incidents as well as prompt resolution allocation.
  • Analytical skills for investigating system problems; experience assisting with implementation of remedies and preventative measures is beneficial.
  • Background in resource planning or people management including recruitment support, workload evaluation using tech systems/data analysis/feedback mechanisms.
