What you'll do:

• Serve as the subject matter expert for network technologies, providing comprehensive technical support within a complex global network environment.
• Monitor and maintain the health of network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime for critical business operations.

What you bring:

• A solid understanding of core networking protocols and technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs is essential for success in this role.
• Demonstrated experience with automation tools or scripting languages used for managing or deploying changes across large-scale networks is highly valued.
• Proficiency in configuring and managing various types of network devices including routers, switches, and wireless access points is required.
