What you'll do:

• Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, including business, application, data, and technology architecture.
• Ensure IT strategies align with business goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Establish architectural principles, standards, and roadmaps to support business agility and innovation.
• Assess emerging technologies and recommend solutions that drive digital transformation.
• Design scalable, secure, and cost-effective IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and data platforms.
• Optimize the application portfolio by evaluating legacy systems, recommending modernization strategies, and enabling integration across platforms.
• Work closely with business leaders, product teams, and IT stakeholders to define technical requirements and ensure architectural alignment.
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to embed security by design in enterprise solutions.
• Provide technical guidance to IT teams, ensuring consistent implementation of enterprise architecture principles.
• Establish governance frameworks for IT decision-making, architecture reviews, and technical debt management.

What you bring:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in IT architecture, enterprise solutions or related roles.
• Strong expertise in cloud computing (AWS, Azure or GCP), microservices architecture and modern integration patterns (APIs, event-driven architecture).
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics or similar) and their integration into enterprise architectures.
• Knowledge of security architecture (e.g., Zero Trust, Defense-in-Depth), compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001) and risk management frameworks.
• Proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with global teams and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to define IT strategies, optimise enterprise systems and drive technology standardisation.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
