IT Manager

Our client is seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to join their team in Taipei. This role is integral to the smooth operation of the company's IT infrastructure and operations portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising, planning, coordinating, directing, crafting, and delivering activities of the IT operational staff primarily in Taipei offices along with the Factory GMP environment.

What you'll do:

• Drive and deliver work plans, providing technical direction to IT operations staff
• Work closely with decision-makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support efficient technology solutions
• Provide operational management of functions under established standards and processes
• Engage with all members of IT management in developing, integrating, and implementing technologies that support operational and strategic goals
• Define and implement IT policies, procedures, and standard processes
• Develop operational goals as well as systems specifications
• Ensure training of staff on operational procedures
• Lead IT department planning, including innovation, planning projects, and allocation of resources

What you bring:

• Management and delivery experience, including management of a diverse technical team
• Experience in designing and deploying SLAs, Metrics, and other standard methodologies
• Expertise in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning
• Knowledgeable in implementing Identity and Access Management solutions
• Experience with observability tools and practices
