Our client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable IT Infrastructure Assistant Manager to join their team in Taipei. This role will be responsible for maintaining, updating, and optimizing the company's core IT infrastructure, particularly in network architecture, server management, data protection, security protection, and end-user services. What you'll do:
As an IT Infrastructure Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our client's core IT infrastructure. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing various platforms such as AD, Azure AD, O365, Teams and SharePoint. You will also oversee mobile device management (MDM-Microsoft Intune), which includes laptops, tablets and mobile phones. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing physical and virtual servers along with NAS and Storage. Your role will also involve strategic planning for the IT department's development in alignment with the company's goals.
* Manage AD, Azure AD, O365, Teams and SharePoint platforms
* Familiarity with Fortinet network products with the ability to plan Wi-Fi/LAN/WAN architecture while considering cybersecurity factors
* Manage Fotigate firewall and related protection modules such as antivirus, intrusion detection and website filtering etc.
* Responsible for mobile device management (MDM-Microsoft Intune) including laptops, tablets and mobile phones
* Manage and plan local and remote backup systems (Veeam) including daily monitoring
* Manage physical, virtual (VMware) servers, NAS and Storage
* Participate in IT department development strategy planning in line with company management level goals
* Work with system development teams or vendors to plan and build IT infrastructure environment to meet project or system environment requirements
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the IT Infrastructure Assistant Manager position brings over 4 years of experience in enterprise network and server maintenance operations. You are familiar with Fortinet network equipment planning including Switch, AP and Firewall. Your proficiency extends to Windows Server (AD/AAD/DNS/DHCP/DFS), VMware management and you have experience in mobile device management such as Windows Intune or Apple Business Manager. You are knowledgeable about virtualization, Azure cloud technology and possess excellent problem analysis and resolution skills with a passion for solving problems. Your good communication and cross-departmental coordination abilities will be key to your success in this role.
* Over 4 years of experience in enterprise network and server maintenance operations
