IT Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Office IT Operations: Manage and support office IT operations, including computers, network equipment, servers, and other office IT infrastructure.
2. External Vendor Coordination: Issue business directives to external system vendors and track progress to ensure timely completion.
3. E-commerce System Management: Oversee systems related to the online sale of health food and cosmetic products, ensuring smooth operation.
4. Internal System Evaluation: Assess internal system needs, provide technical recommendations, and implement effective solutions.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users.
6. Ensure system security and perform regular maintenance on network infrastructure.
7. Manage system backups and disaster recovery processes.
8. Assist users with IT-related problems, offering timely and effective solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Helpdesk Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of office IT operations and e-commerce platforms.
• Ability to coordinate with external vendors and manage project timelines.
• Proficient in assessing system requirements and providing technical solutions.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Certifications in relevant IT fields (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
