Helpdesk Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated IT Helpdesk Engineer to join our multinational team. The ideal candidate will provide first-line IT support, ensuring effective communication and support for users across various international locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware across multiple countries.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to employees in different regions, troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage IT projects on a global scale, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with international vendors for procurement, maintenance, and support of IT services and equipment.
  • System Upgrades: Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Compliance: Ensure IT operations comply with company policies and international regulations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to support business objectives and IT strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in IT infrastructure management and technical support in a multinational environment.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of networking, servers, and IT security. Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Certifications: Relevant IT certifications (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, ITIL) are highly desirable.
