Talent Acquisition Officer
A technology-driven AI and manufacturing innovator in Taipei is looking for a Talent Acquisition Officer to partner with engineering and commercial leaders, recruit top-tier technical talent, and shape the company’s global growth in a flexible, supportive environment.
Key responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Officer, you will partner with technical leaders to design end-to-end hiring strategies, build diverse talent pipelines, deliver an excellent candidate experience, and support inclusive growth in a collaborative, global environment.
- Act as a true business partner and work closely with leaders across engineering/customer-facing teams to recruit and close top-tier technical and commercial talent
- Hire across key roles including embedded systems, full stack, AI, sales, and applications engineers, with scope to expand hiring to mainland China and beyond
- Build high-quality talent pipelines using 104, Cake, LinkedIn, agencies, referrals, targeted communities, and creative outbound sourcing, supported by ATS tools
- Lead end-to-end recruitment cycles, screening for technical depth and execution traits, running structured interviews, driving fast decisions, and delivering an excellent candidate experience
- Own offers and recruiting performance metrics while continuously improving hiring processes and expanding into onboarding and broader people initiatives over time
Candidate profile
As an ideal Talent Acquisition Officer, you should have strong technical recruitment experience, fluency in English, and a proven ability to hire across multicultural environments, assess both technical and soft skills, and build diverse teams with integrity, resilience, and a candidate-centric approach.
- Fluency in English (for cross-border communication) with strong experience in technical hiring or global recruitment
- Proven ability to execute quickly without heavy processes
- Strong preference for experience recruiting AI/ML, computer vision, or embedded/firmware, infra/platform, frontend/web roles
- Familiarity with manufacturing/industrial tech environments is advantageous
- A "hunter" mindset with exceptional candidate sourcing and closing skills
