An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Talent Acquisition Lead to join a respected organization in Taoyuan, where your expertise in recruitment strategy and communication will be highly valued. As the head of a dedicated recruitment team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future workforce by guiding and supporting your team, partnering closely with hiring managers, and ensuring that every candidate enjoys a positive and inclusive experience.

What you'll do:

  • Oversee multiple concurrent hiring projects, balancing shifting priorities while maintaining high standards of service for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends in talent acquisition to keep the team informed about new sourcing techniques or tools that could further enhance performance.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that are fully aligned with evolving business objectives, always keeping inclusivity at the forefront.
  • Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor to understand their needs, offer expert advice, and drive end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned portfolios.
  • Analyse recruitment data regularly to identify trends, improve efficiency, enhance quality of hire, and ensure all processes are fair and accessible.
  • Champion an inclusive candidate experience by promoting open communication, empathy, and respect throughout every stage of the recruitment journey.Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and legal requirements related to recruitment activities.
  • Support ongoing training initiatives within the team to encourage professional growth and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices.

What you bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related field—or equivalent practical experience gained through progressive roles in talent acquisition.
  • At least five years’ proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment functions, including one or more years spent managing or supervising teams or projects.
  • Comprehensive understanding of modern recruitment strategies, sourcing methods, and best practices that promote fairness and accessibility for all candidates.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) as well as other digital HR tools essential for streamlining workflows and enhancing communication.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities that facilitate clear information sharing among diverse audiences within the organisation.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills that enable you to build trust-based relationships with colleagues at all levels—especially hiring managers—and create positive candidate experiences.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting data sets to inform decision-making processes aimed at improving efficiency or quality outcomes.
  • A genuine passion for supporting others’ development through ongoing training initiatives or informal mentoring relationships within your team.
  • Commitment to upholding ethical standards in all aspects of recruitment while remaining sensitive to individual differences among candidates.
