【Job Summary】

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic TA Manager to join our team. Reporting to the TA Head, this role will be responsible for TA management, strategic planning, and reporting. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with HRBP and cross-functional stakeholders to drive key HR initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.

【Key Responsibilities】

• Act as a TA partner to oversee the full recruitment cycle
• Design and implement employee engagement programs to identify key opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Partner with Business Unit (BU) heads to evaluate market competencies and conduct talent mapping.
• Drive the end-to-end recruitment process for all levels of positions, ensuring the attraction and selection of top talent.
• Maintain strong relationships with line managers, ensuring HR strategies align with business needs.

【Qualifications & Requirements】
• Strong analytical skills with experience in TA strategic planning.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build strong relationships across teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
