Position: Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager
Reporting To: Talent Acquisition Manager/HR Manager

Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition (TA) Assistant Manager will play a pivotal role in attracting, sourcing, and onboarding top talent to meet the organization’s staffing needs. This role requires a strategic and hands-on approach to manage recruitment operations, enhance employer branding, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition Strategy:

   • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager and business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.

   • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.

2. End-to-End Recruitment:

   • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.

   • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.

   • Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.

3. Employer Branding:

   • Enhance the company’s employer brand by promoting a positive image of the organization through career events, social media, and marketing campaigns.

   • Develop and maintain relationships with universities and professional organizations to build a talent pipeline.

4. Candidate Experience:

   • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and maintaining clear communication throughout the recruitment process.

   • Oversee onboarding processes to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the organization.

5. Analytics and Reporting:

   • Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.

   • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on hiring progress and market trends.

6. Compliance and Process Improvement:

   • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies during the recruitment process.

   • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve recruitment processes for better efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the FMCG industry or huntering firm background

• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and employment laws.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.

• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
