Talent Acquisition Manager

Our client is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Manager to design and implement recruiting strategies, develop job descriptions, and prepare recruitment materials. This role involves sourcing candidates through various channels, assessing applicants' knowledge and skills, and fostering influential candidate relationships. Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing overall recruiting strategy for office and frontline positions.
  • Developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications.
  • Performing job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
  • Preparing recruitment materials and posting jobs to appropriate platforms.
  • Sourcing and recruiting candidates using databases, social media, and campus career fairs.
  • Assessing applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  • Partnering with HRBP to onboard new employees.
  • Monitoring and applying HR recruiting best practices.
  • Providing analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the team.
  • Building influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing recruiting strategies.
  • Strong ability to develop job descriptions and specifications.
