We’re looking for a strategic, consultative, and execution-strong Senior Learning & Development Partner to help build leadership capability and organizational strength that directly supports business growth.

What You Will Be Responsible For

  • Translate business priorities into clear learning and capability-building agendas that enable sustainable growth

  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers, providing guidance on leadership effectiveness, people capability, and long-term talent planning

  • Partner closely with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to proactively identify development gaps and co-create practical, scalable talent solutions

  • Drive end-to-end development initiatives — from needs analysis and solution design to facilitation, implementation, and impact review

  • Build strong pipelines for critical and high-potential talent through structured development approaches and retention actions

  • Design, implement, and oversee enterprise-level development frameworks and initiatives that strengthen organizational capability

  • Lead the design of development programs and manage external learning vendors or partners where appropriate

  • Deliver and facilitate learning interventions that are relevant, engaging, and aligned with business needs

  • Establish success metrics to assess the effectiveness of development initiatives and continuously refine programs based on insights and results

  • Contribute to broader Organizational Development efforts, including organization design, change enablement, team effectiveness, and communication planning to support transformation initiatives
