We’re looking for a strategic, consultative, and execution-strong Senior Learning & Development Partner to help build leadership capability and organizational strength that directly supports business growth.
What You Will Be Responsible For

Translate business priorities into clear learning and capability-building agendas that enable sustainable growth

Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers, providing guidance on leadership effectiveness, people capability, and long-term talent planning

Partner closely with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to proactively identify development gaps and co-create practical, scalable talent solutions

Drive end-to-end development initiatives — from needs analysis and solution design to facilitation, implementation, and impact review

Build strong pipelines for critical and high-potential talent through structured development approaches and retention actions

Design, implement, and oversee enterprise-level development frameworks and initiatives that strengthen organizational capability

Lead the design of development programs and manage external learning vendors or partners where appropriate

Deliver and facilitate learning interventions that are relevant, engaging, and aligned with business needs

Establish success metrics to assess the effectiveness of development initiatives and continuously refine programs based on insights and results

Contribute to broader Organizational Development efforts, including organization design, change enablement, team effectiveness, and communication planning to support transformation initiatives
