Our client, a leading multinational Tech company, is seeking an experienced Learning and Development (L&D) Manager to join their team in Taipei. What you'll do:


As the Learning and Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning culture within this organisation. Your primary responsibility will be developing and implementing effective learning strategies and programmes that support the growth leadership of the company. You will design e-learning courses, workshops, and other trainings tailored to the needs of the business. Collaborating closely with managers, you will assist in developing their team members through career pathing. Additionally, you will oversee budget tracking, contract negotiation, as well as hiring and managing L&D Specialists.

* Designing e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings
* Assessing the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
* Collaborating with managers to develop their team members through career pathing
* Tracking budgets and negotiate contracts
* Hiring and overseeing training and L&D Specialists


What you bring:


The ideal candidate for this Learning & Development Manager position brings a wealth of experience in similar roles. You have proven your ability to develop effective learning strategies within a large organisation. Your knowledge of current learning methods is up-to-date, including familiarity with e-learning platforms. Experience in project management, budgeting, proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS) are also key assets you bring. Above all, your excellent communication skills enable you to negotiate effectively and demonstrate your dependable business acumen.


* Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager or similar
* Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
* Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
* Experience in project management and budgeting
* Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
