Our client is seeking a dedicated Learning & Development Manager to join their team in Taiwan. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the learning culture of a dynamic organisation, with a focus on developing strategies that support overall objectives and promote employee growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate a strategic approach to learning and development in collaboration with senior leaders and HR stakeholders
- Develop and deliver a variety of training programs, including onboarding, leadership development, technical skills training, soft skills development, and compliance training
- Conduct needs assessments and skill gap analyses to identify learning requirements across different departments
- Create and maintain a comprehensive curriculum using various learning methods
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, manage logistics, and ensure smooth execution of training initiatives
- Develop assessment methodologies to measure the impact and effectiveness of training programs
- Collaborate with managers and employees to create individual development plans
- Stay up-to-date on learning and development trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
- Work closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and other teams to align learning programs with overall HR strategies
- Lead performance management processes by collaborating with managers to identify performance improvement opportunities
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Learning & Development Manager or similar role
- Bachelor or above degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field
- Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
- Excellent ability to conduct needs analysis and develop targeted solutions
- Experience in curriculum development and understanding of various learning methods
- Proficiency in leveraging technology and tools to enhance the learning experience
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to stay abreast of industry trends and introduce innovative approaches to learning
- Experience in performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives
