Learning & Development Manager

Our client is seeking a dedicated Learning & Development Manager to join their team in Taiwan. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the learning culture of a dynamic organisation, with a focus on developing strategies that support overall objectives and promote employee growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate a strategic approach to learning and development in collaboration with senior leaders and HR stakeholders
  • Develop and deliver a variety of training programs, including onboarding, leadership development, technical skills training, soft skills development, and compliance training
  • Conduct needs assessments and skill gap analyses to identify learning requirements across different departments
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive curriculum using various learning methods
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, manage logistics, and ensure smooth execution of training initiatives
  • Develop assessment methodologies to measure the impact and effectiveness of training programs
  • Collaborate with managers and employees to create individual development plans
  • Stay up-to-date on learning and development trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and other teams to align learning programs with overall HR strategies
  • Lead performance management processes by collaborating with managers to identify performance improvement opportunities

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Learning & Development Manager or similar role
  • Bachelor or above degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
  • Excellent ability to conduct needs analysis and develop targeted solutions
  • Experience in curriculum development and understanding of various learning methods
  • Proficiency in leveraging technology and tools to enhance the learning experience
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to stay abreast of industry trends and introduce innovative approaches to learning
  • Experience in performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives
