A retail-related company in Taiwan is seeking for a HR Manager that will play a pivotal role in shaping talent strategies for global expansion. This is an exciting opportunity to foster an inclusive workplace culture, optimise HR processes, and support employee growth in a fast-evolving environment.

Key responsibilities

As HR Manager, you will drive global talent strategy, recruit and support international staff, enhance performance and training programs, optimise HR processes, and foster an inclusive, growth-oriented workplace.

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Develop and manage recruitment channels, build new market teams, and implement innovative hiring solutions
  • International Staff Support: Assist overseas colleagues with visas, work permits, relocation, accommodation, and integration in Taiwan
  • Performance & Training Management: Optimise performance and training systems, track execution, and plan impactful learning programs
  • Employee Development & Problem-Solving: Support teams in addressing workplace challenges and fostering professional growth through value-aligned systems and training
  • Employer Branding & HR Projects: Promote the company’s culture and values globally, and contribute to HR initiatives and other projects as assigned

Candidate profile

The ideal HR Manager should have multi-disciplinary expertise, strong interpersonal skills, global staff support, and analytical insight to foster talent, optimise HR systems, and build a positive workplace.

  • Minimum 5+ years of HR experience, with solid hands-on HR Business Partner (HRBP) experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively across departments
  • Analytical mindset with experience in process improvement and HR system evaluation/implementation
  • Familiarity with Excel, Notion, or automation tools (e.g., Zapier, AppScript) is a plus
  • Fluency in English, with experience in overseas recruitment and international team management
