Key responsibilities
As an HR Manager, HR Business Partner based in Taipei, you will work closely with senior leaders to drive people strategies, support site operations, and enhance employee experience across the organisation.
- Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver aligned and effective HR solutions
- Act as an individual contributor, reporting directly to the Taiwan & Hong Kong HR Director
- Provide hands-on HR support to site or factory teams, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and compliant workplace
- Lead employee engagement and well-being initiatives to strengthen collaboration and performance
- Develop and implement HR policies and practices that align with global standards and local culture
Candidate profile
Your background as a Human Resources Manager and Business Partner demonstrates your ability to build meaningful connections across cultures while supporting organisational objectives. Experience working as an HRBP within site or factory settings equips you with practical insights into operational needs.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese across written and verbal formats
- Experience presenting complex business information clearly during meetings or workshops for varied audiences
- Previous exposure as an HR Business Partner within site or factory environments is highly desirable, ability to drive, with a valid driving licence, is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills that foster trust among colleagues while promoting inclusivity
- Enthusiasm for facilitating training sessions or mentoring opportunities to support professional growth
