Head of HR, HR Director
It's a new role designed for leaders with a strategic vision. You will lead team management, shape corporate culture, and drive talent development while spearheading organizational transformation and change.The position requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to build high-performing teams.
What will you do:
As the head of the human resources department, you will be responsible for planning and implementing various HR systems from scratch, including core businesses such as recruitment, training, compensation, and performance management, while actively promoting corporate culture and organisational change.
- Lead corporate culture construction and change management, promote the practice of values and optimise the organisational atmosphere.
- Develop annual talent acquisition plans and staffing strategies to ensure that key talents are in place in real time and support business development.
- Guide the organisation toward becoming a learning organisation, enhance team agility, improve overall operational efficiency, and effectively adapt to changes in the external environment.
- Supervise the implementation of the performance appraisal system, and strengthen the goal setting and feedback mechanism for supervisors and employees.
- Regularly review the compensation structure and compensation policies to maintain internal fairness and enhance market competitiveness.
- Serve as a human resources consultant for management, assisting in medium- to long-term human resource strategic planning and promoting cross-departmental collaboration.
What you bring:
- Fluent in Mandarin and skilled in cross-departmental communication and collaboration.
- Possesses at least 10 years of HR-related experience, including a minimum of 5 years in supervisory management roles, with a proven ability to effectively lead teams to achieve goals.
- Experienced in participating in or leading corporate culture transformation and change management projects, with strong capabilities in balancing strategic planning and practical execution details.
- Well-versed in Taiwanese labor laws and related policies, with extensive experience in risk control and on-site management (factory experience preferred).
- Proficient in salary structure design and performance management systems, with the ability to maintain internal and external fairness while enhancing incentive effectiveness.
- Demonstrates excellent talent recruitment, training, and succession planning skills, effectively improving employee quality and retention rates.
- Possesses sharp market insights and strategic thinking abilities to help companies adapt to changes in the external environment and maintain a competitive edge.
