HR Manager

What You Will Do
- Develop a comprehensive HR development roadmap aligned with the company’s strategic goals, and flexibly adjust internal policies in response to changes in external laws and regulations.
- Lead core HR processes—including recruitment, training, and performance management—to ensure systems meet organizational needs and are effectively implemented.
- Actively explore domestic and international talent markets, seize high-level recruitment opportunities, and optimize team structure.
- Manage a team of three, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement in a flexible and creative work environment.
- Monitor labor law trends and proactively update internal policies to ensure compliance.
- Design and enhance recruitment systems to attract talent aligned with company culture and needs.
- Plan and implement comprehensive training programs to support employee growth.
- Establish and refine performance evaluation and compensation systems to retain key talent.
- Lead domestic executive search and international recruitment efforts, expanding diverse talent pipelines.
- Provide daily team guidance, support, and resource allocation to ensure departmental goals are met.
What You Bring
- Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to develop actionable HR strategies aligned with future company direction.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to foster cross-functional collaboration.
- Over 7 years of experience in the information software industry, with deep understanding of its operations and dynamics.
- More than 3 years of experience in HR leadership, with the ability to independently lead teams and drive results.
- Familiarity with labor laws and the ability to adapt internal policies accordingly.
- Hands-on experience in organizational transformation is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of talent markets in Southeast and South Asia is a bonus, supporting global recruitment efforts.
