Our client is seeking a Senior HR Manager to join their team in Taipei. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and drive HR operations, delivering services in workforce planning, recruitment, employee engagement, benefits administration, change management, and more. * Lead and drive HR operations * Deliver comprehensive HR services * Build effective organisational relationships

What you'll do:

As a Senior HR Manager, you will shape the HR landscape of the organisation. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Workforce planning and recruitment
  • Expatriate support and foreign employee matters
  • Employee benefits and industrial relations
  • Change management and communications strategies
  • Talent acquisition processes, including sourcing and onboarding
  • Internal audits and risk management for HR operations
  • HR system implementation
  • Reviewing and initiating HR policies

What you bring:

You are an experienced HR professional with:

  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including management
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end processes
  • Leadership skills aligned with business strategy
  • Proven track record in HR operations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence (EQ)
  • Creativity and innovation in process improvement
