Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of HR to lead and oversee all aspects of human resources within our software organization. This key leadership role will be responsible for managing the full HR annual cycle, ensuring that talent management, employee relations, compensation planning, and office maintenance are aligned with our organizational goals and values. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR leadership within the software industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive organizational success and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Management: Lead and manage the complete HR annual cycle, including goal setting, career development, talent reviews, succession planning, performance reviews, and talent development, to ensure a highly skilled and motivated workforce.

  • Compensation Planning: Advise and act as the gatekeeper for the organization’s annual compensation planning exercise, ensuring competitive and fair compensation strategies that align with business objectives and market standards.

  • Employee Relations: Serve as a key liaison between employees and management, fostering a positive work environment, addressing employee concerns, and promoting a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and engagement.

  • CSR/ESG: Oversee Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) events and reporting, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

  • Office Maintenance Management: Manage office maintenance operations to create a safe, efficient, and comfortable work environment that satisfies employee wellbeing needs and complies with relevant government regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an HR full function role at least 10 years working experience.
  • Strong understanding of talent management, compensation planning, employee relations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated experience managing office facilities and ensuring compliance with workplace regulations.
  • In-depth knowledge of CSR, ESG, and related reporting requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and employee satisfaction.
