Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join their team in Taipei. This role offers the opportunity to provide a full spectrum of Human Resources services to a dynamic organisation. The successful candidate will have the chance to shape recruitment processes, manage rewards and budgeting, foster positive employee relations, drive learning and development initiatives, and contribute to talent development strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process all local recruitment requests in an effective and efficient manner
  • Maintain up-to-date recruitment progress report, talent database and all related staffing communication
  • Coordinate with payroll team to ensure smooth and efficient payroll operations
  • Gather necessary data for benchmarking salaries and benefits
  • Monitor and alert the Head of Human Resources to any variance between the budgeted and actual salaries and headcount
  • Foster a conducive working environment through employee relationship activities and communication
  • Conduct exit and grievance interviews with all respective departments/staffs
  • Partner with line manager to identify managerial training / skills building and development needs
  • Drive the performance appraisal system and processes to ensure executional excellence
  • Co-work with functional head to define and proceed individual development plan to key talent

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing comprehensive human resources functions
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, reward systems, budgeting, employee relations, learning & development strategies
  • Excellent client service skills with strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to convince, motivate and bring teams together
  • Positive energy with a team spirit mindset
  • Problem-solving capabilities with good interpersonal / consultative skills
  • Attention to detail coupled with strong project management skills
  • Hands-on approach with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
