Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join their team in Taipei. This role is pivotal in executing strong organisational strategies that support the delivery of the overall business strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering operational excellence on key people processes, creating a competitive advantage by building a productive, agile, and high performing workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement people strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Ensure strong partnerships with functional leaders to enhance colleague experience
  • Play an advisory role in supporting leaders to anchor key initiatives in culture building and talent architecture
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire qualified talents
  • Handle employee complaints, grievances, and disputes in accordance with legal laws and company policies
  • Develop and implement performance management cycle, including objective setting, performance reviews, feedback, and development plans
  • Work closely with HR Lead to develop and manage compensation strategies, including salary structure and benefits programs
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company policies; anticipate and mitigate potential risks

Key Requirements:

  • MBA or Master’s Degree in related subject area is preferred
  • 8-10 years of HR Generalist experience
  • Experience of working in a matrix environment is needed
  • Consulting firm experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with Workday System is a plus
