Our client is a global FMCG company, they are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join their team in Taipei. This role will be instrumental in developing and implementing the company's human resources strategy to support business goals and growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the company's human resources strategy to support business goals and growth plans
  • Responsible for recruiting high-quality talent and ensuring smooth recruitment processes
  • Design and execute employee training and development programs
  • Manage and promote employee relations within the company, resolve employee issues, provide necessary support and guidance
  • Manage the company's compensation and benefits programs, ensuring fair compensation levels
  • Ensure the company's HR policies comply with relevant laws and regulations
  • Develop effective performance management systems, evaluate employee performance
  • Manage HR projects to ensure they meet expected goals
  • Regularly communicate with headquarters to implement policies and report work projects
