What you'll do:
As the Human Resources and Administration Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the HR and administrative functions of our site in Tao yuan. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing HR strategies, managing recruitment processes, overseeing performance appraisals, assessing training needs, ensuring legal compliance in HR management, and handling various administrative tasks.
