A world-leading technology company is recruiting a HR Manager in Taiwan to join their team. In this job, you will be responsible for leading the business in its next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Play an active role as a business partner with functional head and internal consultant advising company management in human resources policies and program matters, making or recommending appropriate decisions as consistent with company policy, business direction and relevant employment laws
Develop local HR objectives to align with overall company HR strategy and specific business needs of Taiwan region, support Global HR Head to keep all managers accountable with shared commitments
Fully support Global HR head in Org. Review and talent development and Succession Planning programs to ensure the effective organization
Manage the payroll/merit process, incentive program, total rewards, insurance, benefit, retirement programs
Conduct the workforce planning & analytics to identify the critical workforce requirements and development plan
Key Requirements:
At least bachelor’s degree or above in management field
Experience: 10+ years’ experience in HR function area with at least 5 years’ experience in management role with an international company
Strong communication skills
Excellent in written and spoken English
