You'll be in charge of planning, developing and implementing strategy for the company.
Key responsibilities
- Be responsible for HR activities for the company, which includes managing recruitment, employee relations, Business panther, solving labour disputes and associated employee issues.
- Provide effective communication channels between management and staff to facilitate open communication within the organisation.
- Assist in the screening and selection of all managerial and above openings; supervise all other recruitment to ensure the process is performed effectively and efficiently.
- Partner with business leaders to develop most efficient organisation through organisation design, job design and headcount/ people cost management
Key requirements
- Over eight years HR experience, global experience is preferred
- BA degree in a related field strongly preferred, advanced degree appreciated
- The ability to communicate to perform your job in English; verbal, written and comprehension
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
