A well-established organisation seeks an experienced Office Manager in Taiwan to oversee office operations, support HR and events, and foster a collaborative, efficient workplace.

Key responsibilities:

As Office Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage facilities and vendors, support HR activities, coordinate events, and ensure a smooth, inclusive workplace.

  • Provide & maintain office services: Oversee end-to-end office operations, including admin, facilities, vendors, and office projects to ensure efficient, cost-effective services
  • Contact window for internal & external IT communication: Act as the primary liaison for IT matters, coordinating with helpdesk and third-party vendors while maintaining IT equipment and inventory
  • Human resource: Manage HR administration and recruitment coordination and support talent development initiatives such as training and team-building activities
  • Organise company events: Plan and coordinate company events and trade show support, ensuring seamless execution and administrative delivery

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring strong office management experience, facilities and vendor coordination expertise, bilingual skills, and a detail-oriented, people-focused approach.

  • University degree with 5–7 years’ relevant experience; people management is a plus
  • Strong written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with a positive, self-motivated mindset
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to meet deadlines independently
  • SAP experience preferred
