An organisation seeks a highly skilled HR Assistant Manager to take charge of recruitment for all positions across the company, including but not limited to Marketing, Sales, Finance, Administration, and Manufacturing.

This role requires at least 5 years’ experience in recruitment. You will play a key role in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies to ensure the company attracts and retains top-tier talent.

Key responsibilities:

As HR Assistant Manager, you will manage end-to-end recruitment, partner with business leaders, shape sourcing strategies, and build strong talent pipelines to support organisational growth.

  • Talent Acquisition Management: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the company's short-term and long-term talent needs, supporting overall business objectives
  • Demand Analysis and Communication: Conduct in-depth analysis of hiring needs from various departments, provide professional recruitment recommendations, and ensure timely fulfilment of open positions
  • Market Intelligence: Continuously monitor talent market trends and competitive dynamics, providing regular insights and feedback to help departments adjust their hiring strategies and requirements
  • Talent Database Development and Maintenance: Build and continuously optimise the company’s talent database to ensure quick access to qualified candidates when needed, enhancing recruitment efficiency

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring extensive talent acquisition experience, strong sourcing and analytical capabilities, and excellent interpersonal skills to deliver effective, insight-driven hiring solutions.

  • At least 5 years’ experience in talent acquisition; candidates with HRBP experience are highly preferred
  • Proficient in end-to-end recruitment processes, including interview coordination, onboarding management, and probation period follow-up
  • Strong market analysis skills with the ability to stay updated on the latest talent trends and competitive landscape
  • Experience in campus recruitment is a plus
  • Prior experience in leading or participating in the implementation and maintenance of digital recruitment systems is highly desirable
