This position sincerely invites you to join a well-known company that has been deeply involved in Taipei for many years, serving as the head of general affairs, overseeing the company's general affairs and administrative operations. You will have the opportunity to lead a number of important projects, including office relocation, institutional reform and lead a dedicated team to jointly drive organizational effectiveness.

What will you do:

As the Head of General Affairs, you will not only develop effective procurement strategies to ensure cost-effectiveness but also lead various projects such as office relocations or institutional reforms to enhance health and safety and risk control.

  • Responsible for the company's fixed asset management and general affairs system planning, ensuring consistent accounts and continuously optimizing relevant operational processes to improve resource utilization efficiency.
  • Analyze existing processes and propose improvements to continuously optimize the general affairs management model and resource allocation.
  • Plan office space configuration and facility maintenance plans to ensure a safe, tidy, and employee environment.
  • Develop procurement strategies and execute contract negotiations to effectively control costs and ensure procurement quality to support the company's operational goals.
  • Lead project management such as office relocation and system reform, and strengthen safety and health measures and operational risk control mechanisms.
  • Lead the general affairs team to promote organizational effectiveness, motivate members to achieve goals together, and promote team growth.
  • Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations, including document management, equipment maintenance and supply replenishment.

What you bring:

  • Those with experience in general affairs or administrative management of large enterprises are preferred, and can independently plan and execute multiple complex affairs.
  • Familiarity with fixed asset management, procurement processes, and contract negotiation skills can help improve resource utilization efficiency.
  • Possessing knowledge of office space planning and facility maintenance can ensure the safety and comfort of the working environment.
  • Possess project management skills, including planning and execution experience in large-scale projects such as office relocation and system reform.
  • Good at team leadership and motivation, with the ability to drive organizational effectiveness and promote member growth.
  • Possess good cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, effectively integrate the needs of various units and provide high-quality administrative support.
  • Familiarity with safety and health regulations and risk control mechanisms helps ensure the stability of business operations.
  • Possess the ability to analyze processes and improve proposals, and continuously optimize the general affairs management model and resource allocation methods.
