About the Role
We are seeking a strategic, people-oriented, and hands-on HR Director to lead our HR and Admin team in Taiwan.
This role partners closely with both the Managing Director and Global HR to drive people strategy, organizational growth, and engagement in a dynamic, creative, and high-performance environment.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor to business leaders while ensuring that HR programs are innovative, agile, and aligned with both global standards and local business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership

Translate global HR strategies into localized initiatives that align with Taiwan’s business goals.

Partner with senior leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, performance, and culture transformation.

Lead incentive and engagement programs to motivate sales and commercial teams.

Manage talent development, succession planning, and performance review processes.

Provide data-driven insights and HR metrics to support strategic decision-making.
People & Culture

Champion an open, innovative, and people-oriented culture.

Design and execute employee engagement and survey action plans.

Strengthen employer branding, diversity, and learning initiatives.

Act as a change agent, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
HR Operations & Compliance

Oversee all HR operations including payroll, C&B, and labor compliance.

Manage HR systems, employee data, and annual HR budgeting.

Maintain relationships with external vendors and government authorities.
Administration & Workplace

Supervise office management, facilities, and EHS compliance.

Lead CSR, internal communication, and company-wide events.
Requirements
-
10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.

Proven HR generalist or HRBP experience in multinational or fast-paced environments.

Experience in sales-driven or marketing-related organizations preferred.

Strong understanding of Taiwan labor law and local HR practices.

Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels.

Hands-on, humble, and business-minded, with an open and collaborative approach.

Fluent in English and Mandarin.
