HR & Office Admin Executive

Our client is on the hunt for a dynamic and energetic HR & Office Admin Executive to handle a broad range of HR operational tasks while supporting basic financial bookkeeping and reporting. This role is perfect for someone who is highly analytical, eager to learn, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records ensuring HRIS/database accuracy.
  • Assist in payroll processing, claims, and benefits administration.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and company events.
  • Handle basic employee queries and HR-related documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
  • Oversee general office operations including supplies, facilities, vendor coordination.
  • Assist in organising meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.
  • Maintain office filing systems (digital and physical).
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping, petty cash management, and expense tracking.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR & Admin roles.
  • Good understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Practical experience of using HR and administrative systems.
  • Excellent English skill for both spoken and written communication.
  • Comfortable with data analysis using Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and generating reports.
  • Quick learner adaptable to new systems (HRIS, accounting software).
  • Experience of working in an international environment.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented team player with strong communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of bookkeeping is a plus.
