【Job Summary】

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner/HR Manager to join our team. Reporting to the HR Senior Manager, this role will be responsible for budget management, talent management, project execution, strategic planning, and reporting. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with regional teams and cross-functional stakeholders to drive key HR initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.

【Key Responsibilities】

• Manage HR-related budgets, strategic planning, and reporting to support business objectives.
• Act as a business partner to oversee the full recruitment cycle, organizational reporting (annual & monthly HR reports), and agency compensation surveys.
• Design and implement employee engagement programs to identify key opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Partner with Business Unit (BU) heads to evaluate market competencies and conduct talent mapping.
• Drive the end-to-end recruitment process for all levels of positions, ensuring the attraction and selection of top talent.
• Maintain strong relationships with line managers, ensuring HR strategies align with business needs.
• Support annual salary adjustments and payroll management processes.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

【Qualifications & Requirements】
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, familiar with payroll process and labor law
• Proven experience in HR business partnering, talent management, and recruitment.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in budget and strategic planning.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build strong relationships across teams.
• Knowledge of employee engagement strategies and talent mapping methodologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
