Reports to: HR Director

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Site HR Assistant Manager / Manager to join our team in a leading Tech/Manufacturing company based in Taoyuan. The Site HR Manager will oversee all HR operations at the site, leading team collaboration, managing HR functions, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws. This role will also be responsible for driving employee relations, HR process optimization, and coordinating HR training and development initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments to maintain a productive, positive, and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and guide HR teams to establish effective management structures and foster collaborative team dynamics across the organization.
  • Build and maintain strong labor relations, developing mechanisms to enhance employee engagement and promote organizational cohesion.
  • Supervise and coordinate all HR functions including recruitment, training, compensation management, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Facilitate cross-department communication and coordination to ensure alignment of HR initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Manage the development and enhancement of HR team skills and capabilities through ongoing training and professional development.
  • Plan, execute, and manage HR projects aimed at improving HR processes and enhancing overall organizational performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Proficient knowledge of labor laws, occupational safety regulations, and employment services laws, including the ability to mediate labor disputes. Familiarity with laws related to foreign workers is essential.
  2. Extensive practical experience (full-time) in the areas of recruitment, training, compensation management, performance management, and employee relations.
  3. Strong skills in report creation and data analysis, with the ability to interpret and present findings clearly.
  4. At least 10 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, talent management, and organizational development planning.

Personality Traits:

  1. Proactive, result-driven, and able to work effectively under pressure.
  2. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  3. Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to guide and inspire the HR team.
  4. Proven problem-solving and improvement proposal capabilities, with a strong ability to drive change.
  5. Experience in HR project management or process optimization, including salary structure reviews, performance appraisal revisions, competency evaluations, and corporate-academic partnerships.
  6. Strong cross-department communication skills, teamwork spirit, and excellent stress management capabilities.
  7. Fluent in both written and spoken English.
