Position Overview

The Country HR Manager will play a pivotal role in managing full-spectrum HR operations in Taiwan while collaborating closely with regional and global teams. Reporting directly to the Head of HR, Region APAC & CAMEA, this role offers high autonomy and flexibility, with opportunities for career growth through engagement with HQ and participation in global HR projects.

Location: Taipei or Taichung (Work-from-home flexibility: 2 days per week)


Key Responsibilities

  1. Talent Acquisition

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, for both back-office staff and blue-collar workers.
    • Utilize recruitment channels and campus hiring to attract top talent.
  2. Payroll Administration

    • Oversee payroll operations outsourced to third-party providers, ensuring accuracy before submission to the Finance team.
  3. Global Mobility

    • Handle visa applications and mobility requirements.
  4. Global HR Projects

    • Execute company-wide HR initiatives, including performance management and the implementation of HR systems.
  5. HR Collaboration

    • Work closely with the CoE Team and lead HR daily operations in Taiwan.
    • Partner with a Business Partner team.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in a full-function HR role, including talent acquisition, payroll, and mobility management.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) and global HR processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with local and international teams.
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin; knowledge of Japanese is a plus.
