Key Responsibilities:

• Through analysis of the human resources situation in each market, formulate employee recruitment and selection plans and promote market execution
• By maintaining relationships with government units or schools, promote the development of diversified human resources pools and cooperation in various academic systems to achieve a win-win model for industry, government and academia
• Handling and execution of employee relations, labor-management meetings and mediation of labor disputes
• Assist and promote talent development and retention plans in each region

Key Requirements:

• At least bachelor degree with 8+ working experience in MNC or retail industry
• Good cross-department communication and coordination skills
• Project planning and execution management capabilities
• A good team player with agile and people-oriented personality
• Good English performance
