A multinational company seeks a HR Business Partner, Compensation & Benefits (C&B) in Taipei to drive HR strategy, ensure competitive compensation, support change, and foster talent in an inclusive, growth-focused environment.
Key responsibilities:
As HRBP, C&B, you will drive HR strategy, manage compensation & benefits, support talent development, and enable organisational change.
- Align HR strategies with business objectives by collaborating with leaders to drive organisational success
- Leverage HR analytics to identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations for process and strategy improvements
- Oversee performance management, including goal setting, evaluations, and implementation of HR processes and people approaches
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring market competitiveness, internal equity, and effective administration
- Support organisational change, ensure legal compliance, and lead HR projects and initiatives
Candidate profile:
To excel in this role, you bring strategic HR and C&B expertise, HR analytics, performance management, compliance, and strong cross-department collaboration skills.
- HR Business Partnering: 5+ years’ experience driving strategic HR initiatives and aligning people strategies with business goals
- Compensation & Benefits: Expertise in market salary surveys, salary planning, benefits administration, and HR budgeting to ensure competitiveness and equity
- Collaboration & Communication: Strong cross-departmental communication skills to build partnerships, influence stakeholders, and drive organisational alignment
