C&B Supervisor
This role offers you the opportunity to shape and manage compensation and benefits programmes that directly support the company’s strategic objectives, ensuring both internal fairness and external competitiveness.
What you'll do:
By staying abreast of legislative changes affecting compensation or benefits policies, you will help maintain best-in-class governance standards.
- Design, implement, and maintain competitive compensation structures aligned with the company’s attraction and retention strategies across diverse markets.
- Conduct market analyses and benchmarking to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity in pay practices.
- Manage the annual compensation cycle, including salary reviews, merit increases, and incentive programs, ensuring fairness and compliance.
- Prepare analytical reports with recommendations on pay structures, incentive plans, and overall reward strategies for management.
- Oversee the design and administration of employee benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, retirement plans, statutory benefits) while evaluating their effectiveness based on market trends and employee feedback.
- Supervise payroll operations to ensure accurate, timely processing in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors, maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Monitor legislative changes related to compensation, taxation, and benefits; update policies to ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Develop clear documentation, policies, and guidelines to promote transparency in compensation and benefits practices.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to align talent acquisition, retention strategies, workforce planning, budgets, and regulatory compliance.
What you bring:
- Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Work Experience: At least 8 years of relevant experience in compensation management, benefits administration, or broader HR operations.
- Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in both Mandarin and English.
- Documentation and Policy Development: Experience in developing documentation or policies related to compensation/benefits, demonstrating attention to detail and commitment to transparency.
- Labor Law Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of local labor laws and statutory benefit requirements to ensure effective program management.
- Analytical Skills: Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/VBA tools, enabling accurate data interpretation for decision-making purposes.
- Confidentiality: A proven track record of maintaining confidentiality when handling sensitive payroll or employee data, showcasing dependability.
- International Business Experience: Experience supporting overseas operations or working within matrix organizations is highly regarded, reflecting adaptability in global environments.
