Job Overview:
The Assistant Manager of Rewards will assist in developing and executing compensation and benefits strategies. The role entails analyzing market trends, overseeing employee reward programs, and ensuring regulatory compliance while enhancing employee engagement.

  • Develop & Execute Programs: Support the implementation of compensation and benefits strategies.

  • Market & Salary Analysis: Conduct benchmarking to ensure competitive pay structures.

  • Survey Management: Lead one or more salary survey cycles.

  • Bonus Implementation: Assist in executing variable bonus schemes per global guidelines.

  • Policy & Compliance: Maintain reward policies in line with legal and industry standards.

  • Data & Reporting: Analyze employee data to support decision-making.

  • HR Collaboration: Work with HR teams to integrate rewards into talent strategies.

  • Training & Support: Educate HR, managers, and employees on compensation and benefits.

  • Other Initiatives: Contribute to additional reward-related projects as needed.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits.

  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is an advantage.

  • Strong understanding of Taiwan labor laws.

  • Proven experience in designing or implementing direct labor (DL) or indirect labor (IDL) bonus schemes.

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently with a results-driven approach.

  • Fluency in spoken and written Chinese and English.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
