Job Title: Compensation & Benefits Assistant Manager / Manager

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Manager to join our team in the retail industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation and benefits, with a focus on understanding labor laws, leave policies, bonus calculations, and system management. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, a passion for tackling challenges, and the ability to collaborate across regional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws, including vacation policies, statutory requirements, and bonus calculations.
  • Lead the development and implementation of C&B strategies that align with the company’s objectives and drive employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistency and alignment of C&B programs across the organization.
  • Monitor and analyze compensation trends, making recommendations for adjustments as necessary to remain competitive in the retail market.
  • Utilize systems and tools to manage and report on C&B data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide guidance on legal and compliance issues related to compensation and benefits, including tax and social security regulations.
  • Assist with the budgeting process, ensuring that C&B plans and expenses align with organizational goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • At least 8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably within the retail industry and has accounting background.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, bonus calculations and HR systems.
  • Experience with budgeting and cost control in C&B is a significant advantage.
  • Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with regional teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to embrace challenges and find innovative solutions to complex C&B issues.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence key stakeholders.
