Reward Assistant Manager

Our client is seeking a Reward Assistant Manager to support the development and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies. This role involves analysing market trends, managing employee reward programmes, and ensuring compliance with regulations while promoting employee engagement. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contribute to key decision-making processes, and play a pivotal role in enhancing employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing and implementing compensation and benefits programmes that align with organisational goals
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages
  • Participate in salary surveys and manage one or two salary survey windows
  • Assist in the implementation of variable bonus schemes based on global guidelines to attract candidates and retain employees
  • Help maintain and update reward-related policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and best practices
  • Analyse employee data and prepare reports for management to inform decision-making
  • Ensure all reward programmes comply with local regulations
  • Work with HR teams to integrate rewards programmes into broader talent management initiatives
  • Provide training to HR team, managers or employees about compensation structures and benefits programmes
  • Handle other reward related projects and tasks

Key Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in Compensation and Benefit area
  • Experience in manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Familiarity with TW labour laws
  • Experience in bonus design or roll-out
  • Well-organised, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently, oriented towards performance and results
  • Fluency verbal and written language skills in Chinese and English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
