Compensation & Benefit Manager

Our client is a pioneer in the renewable energy sector, they are currently expanding their team and are seeking a Compensation & Benefit Manager to join them. This role will be responsible for managing compensation, payroll, benefits, wellbeing, and HR compliance programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage monthly payroll, social insurance, pension, group insurance and tax filing related programs
  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of HR system data and payroll & attendance related documents
  • Conduct analyses and make proposals to ensure reward and benefit programs in line with regulations and with competitiveness
  • Design and implement employee wellbeing, benefit programs and employee activities to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
  • Review and update HR policies & procedures to ensure regulation compliance
  • Conduct Labor Management Conference on a quarterly basis to enhance the employee relations
  • Assist or manage HR ad hoc duties and projects as assigned

Key Requirements:

  • General knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
  • Minimum 5 years experience in payroll and C&B field
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English
  • Detail-oriented approach to work
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to execute programs effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
