A Leading multinational seeks a Site, HRBP to drive people strategy, engagement and talent development. Ideal for a collaborative HR professional passionate about supporting teams, influencing business outcomes and growth.

Key responsibilities:

As a Human Resources Business Partner – Site based in Taipei, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience by aligning people strategies with business goals.

  • Deploy HR strategies and solutions aligned with Taipei factory business objectives and workforce needs
  • Manage employee relations, engagement initiatives, and associate survey action plans to strengthen workplace culture
  • Partner with line managers on recruitment, capability gap analysis, team performance, and succession needs
  • Identify training requirements and support L&D and performance management systems to improve organisational effectiveness
  • Lead key HR projects, year-end workforce initiatives, and other assigned business support tasks

Candidate profile:

The ideal candidate brings proven HR experience within multinational environments or FMCG sectors, coupled with advanced knowledge of Taiwan Labour Law.

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years’ HR experience within MNC or FMCG environments
  • Strong knowledge of Taiwan Labour Law and HR compliance practices
  • Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams
  • Strong business partnering mindset with capability to support factory workforce performance and people strategy
