An exciting opportunity for a Head of Human Resources in Taipei within the FMCG sector. Lead organisational transformation, drive employee development, and collaborate across functions to make a meaningful impact in an inclusive workplace.

Key responsibilities:

As Head of Human Resources, you will lead strategic HR initiatives that align with business objectives while fostering an inclusive and engaging work culture.

  • Act as a strategic HR partner, translating business strategies into people plans, workforce planning, and talent development initiatives
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and strengthen employer branding to attract high-quality talent
  • Drive performance management, compensation reviews, and promote a high-performance culture
  • Manage employee relations, engagement initiatives, and ensure compliance with Taiwan labour regulations
  • Oversee HR operations, administration, and continuous improvement of HR processes

Candidate profile:

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in human resources within the FMCG, retail, or consumer-related industries. Your profile includes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 10+ years HR experience in multinational FMCG or large organisations, including 3–5 years in managerial roles
  • In-depth knowledge of Taiwan Labor Standards Act and local regulations
  • Proven experience in HR business partnering and strong stakeholder management in matrix organisations
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin with excellent communication skills
