HR Manager, HRBP
A leading retail company seeks an HR Manager, HR Business Partner (HRBP) to drive HR initiatives, shape culture, nurture talent, and support growth in an inclusive, flexible, and development-focused environment.
Key responsibilities:
As HR Manager, HRBP, you will manage HR strategy, talent, performance, and culture to foster growth and an inclusive workplace.
- Partner with leadership to design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage full-cycle recruitment to attract and retain top talent
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and talent development programmes
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies, and analyse HR data to drive improvements
- Lead engagement and change management initiatives to foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture
Candidate profile:
To excel in this role, you bring retail HR experience, knowledge of Taiwan labour laws, strategic and people-focused skills, and a commitment to an inclusive, high-performing workplace.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field with 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in retail
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR systems, with data analysis capability
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution and ability to influence across all organisational levels
- Familiarity with retail operations and workforce dynamics to support business and people objectives
