A multinational company seeks a HR Business Partner - Training & Development in Taipei to align HR with business goals, drive talent growth, and partner with leaders in a collaborative, inclusive environment.
Key responsibilities:
As HRBP - Training & Development, you will be driving talent growth, aligning HR with business goals, and leading performance and change initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organisational goals and drive success
- Leverage HR analytics to identify trends and deliver data-driven improvements
- Serve as the local HR expert, implementing people processes and initiatives
- Lead performance management and coordinate training & development to enhance talent
- Support change initiatives, ensure compliance with labour laws, and manage HR projects
Candidate profile:
To excel in this role, you bring strong HRBP (T&D) experience with business partnering, analytics, performance, change, compliance, and project delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field with 8+ years HRBP experience
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour regulations, and manpower planning
- Skilled in performance management, training & development, and talent management
- Proficient in English (strong speaking and writing) with solid communication skills
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management abilities
